Illustration & animation is used to help describe the theories behind Six Sigma. Simple step by step progress through each course enables easier understanding of more complicated areas. With in-built tests and the ability to print out a certificate of achievement following completion, students are provided with proof of education & knowledge gained.

There are two courses within this curriculum and following successful completion of both Six Sigma courses students receive a Green Belt Certificate – Foundation level (Green Belt for the service, transactional and public sector):
Introduction to Six Sigma

The Introduction to Six Sigma training package is aimed at those who are new to Six Sigma, or require an overview of Six Sigma. This e-learning course touches on Six Sigma concepts, Green & Black belts, the need for Six Sigma, Process Metrics, Cost of poor quality and DMAIC amongst others.
It is an awareness course for everyone and is a precursor to the advanced Tools & Techniques course.

This Six Sigma Tools & Techniques training package is aimed at Six Sigma yellow belts and green belts, explaining how Six Sigma is used and implemented.
The course is divided into the 5 Six Sigma phases (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve & Control) and teaches Six Sigma tools such as Stratification, Pareto Analysis, Scatter Diagrams, Designed Experiments and many others.
